Thanksgiving 2008.
One long car ride - there and back. One bored and adorable puppy. One happy couple going to see people they love. Many happy moments. Treasured time with family and friends. Good eats and treats. A birthday celebrated. Playtime with doggie cousins. Black Friday shopping. A hunting excursion for Matthew. Shopping with my sister and mom. Yummy lunches out to eat. The comfort of being at "home." The comfort of coming back "home." Two different meanings...two different places. Both very good.
"Will this ride ever get me to the park?"
"Well, I'll just help him drive..."
Jack and Hudson play.
Tucker and Hudson play.
Tucker and Hudson play...Avery takes off with all of the toys.
Playing chase with Matty and Kota.
The wishbone...Matthew won! And his wish: that I would not poke him with my piece when he won.
We celebrated my Dad's birthday!
Hudson and I were completely tuckered out come Thanksgiving night. We snuggled on the couch.
We're up early for Black Friday deals...we got what we needed to get plus more. Oh joy!Matthew and I are thankful...for you, our family and friends and all that God has blessed us with this past year!
(*I am very sad that I did not take pictures with our families, only of the pups together...definitely at Christmas!)
