Happy Easter from us to you!

Happy Easter! We had a quiet, beautiful day. After going to church this morning, we headed to Houlihan's for brunch and enjoyed a delicious meal!
We decided to make each other a little gift "basket" this year. Matthew got a new book and some treats!
I got an electric tart burner (since I loved the one I got at the Christmas gift exchange this year) and a disposable cupcake pan to cut apart so I can switch out scents (that's the thinking of my husband).
Hudson got a braided stick, a new rope toy and a harness for walks! We (I should say Kandace) put some treats in a few eggs and stuck them around. He found them and even got a few popped open.
This may not be such a great idea when we have kids someday because he'll go after their eggs.We love this guy! And in this picture he is saying, "Thanks Mom & Dad for the Easter treats!"
We hope that your Easter was blessed and full of joy! We are looking forward to being in Kansas City to see our families and celebrate with them next week. Four days and counting!

How fun! My sister LOVES tarts and tart warmers. She puts the top (with the melted wax) in the freezer once it is starting to cool down (but is not a solid yet), and after a few minutes you can just tap them out.
