In July, we went to Roaring River for the annual fishing trip!
Matthew put our travel grill together before we left!
Shortly after we arrived at Roaring River - we were ready for a great fishing weekend!

It took us a while to catch any the first day - we finally caught our limits at the end of the fishing day.
I must say we had a
great time spending time together and fishing - although just a little stressful at times when Matthew was having difficulty catching fish (just kidding, honey!) or when he had to fix my line because it broke or something like that (although it rarely happened...ha!). But I must say, I caught more fish than him. Bragging rights are well earned. :)
And we're headed home. Hudson loved our trip or so we think. We wish we could've taken him swimming but it seems like we ran out of time this trip. Definitely next year!
