a look back into 2010...

January: We began packing boxes and moved back to Kansas City and in with my parents! Our niece, Lucy was born. I celebrated my 25th birthday!

February: Matthew started his new job! I also got a temporary job until the end of the school year. We also kept Blakely for a few days for her parents to have a mini-vacay. We went to Omaha for a Michigan hockey game and had a nice Valentine's day weekend there.

March: I made a trip to Iowa with my mom, sister, and niece to visit our Grandma.

April: Matthew and I went out to Manhattan and to the spring game! We saw Steven Curtis Chapman in concert and I started interviewing for teaching jobs...

May: I accepted a teaching job and we started looking for houses!

June: Matthew worked out of town for several weeks...so we celebrated our 2nd anniversary in Fulton, MO at a bed and breakfast. Blakely turned 1 and we had a blast at her birthday party! Hudson turned 2 years old!

July: We closed on our house and moved in! Yay! We also went to Roaring River with Matthew's family for the annual fishing trip.

August: I started school....teaching and back in grad school. What a trip! We made some minor updates to the house with painting, light fixtures, etc. Sadly, Matthew's grandmother passed away.

September: School is in full swing. Matthew and I went to Manhattan to spend a weekend with my friends from college - so. much. fun! We kept Blakely while her parents went to Mexico! My friend, Rachel from college got married and we celebrated in El Dorado. Our niece Lucy was baptized. And we ended the month by celebrating Matthew's 27th Birthday!

October: We raked a lot of leaves and enjoyed Halloween with friends and family.

November: We enjoyed Thanksgiving celebrations with both of our families!

December: It snowed! I did some holiday baking with my mom, sister, and Blakely. We decorated for Christmas in our house! We had many Christmas celebrations and Matthew passed his FE!
