american royal rodeo

As a part of Dad Thomas's Father's Day gift, we got tickets for the American Royal Rodeo.
Bucky Covington was playing before the rodeo.

We had a great time!  I was always leaning over and asking Matthew questions about the different events.  I hadn't been to a rodeo since my days as a child in Ponca.  So fun!

father's day, part 2.

This evening, we celebrated Father's day with my side of the family!
We went to watch Miss B do a little swimming...she LOVES the water.
Showing off her new shades while saying, "cheese!"

Helping her Papa open gifts.

Hudson hangs out and watches.

We enjoyed some yummy brisket and a game of Dominoes  to celebrate Father's Day!

father's day, part 1.

We celebrated Father's Day with the Thomas family on Friday.  We were originally supposed to go to the T-Bones game but the weather looked back so we post-poned.
Dad Thomas is in new T-Bones hat.
Mary had a gift to open from Amber & Joseph from Mother's day.
And we even had a gift to open for our anniversary!
Little Lucy loved dancing and clapping and playing with all of her toys!
We enjoyed playing Phase 10 together before heading home!

happy father's day.

We celebrated Father's Day with several occasions!
Matthew got a gift from our poocher...a new polo to wear to work this summer!
We enjoyed a cook-out with my dad - ribs, potato salad, blueberry cheesecake, etc! Blakely helped him open presents.
Then, we headed to Chicken House in Olpe, KS with Matthew's dad and mom. It was pretty tasty and I enjoyed going somewhere I hadn't been that Matthew has talked about.
Happy Father's Day!!!

Happy Father's Day!

We wish both of our Dads a Happy Father's Day! Sorry we can't be there to celebrate with you!

Hudson got Matthew a Father's Day card...it's pretty funny and so fitting for him.
