Easter egg rice krispie treats!

We made treats for our small group this past weekend.  Matthew saw the idea somewhere to make these and so we gave it a try.  Basically you make rice krispie treats, stuff them inside of an Easter egg, and then put M&M's inside of them to make them rattle like candy in a plastic egg.

We've shared them with others this week because our small group got cancelled but they sure were yummy and cute and we even have a few left to eat still!

We went to Sam's Club tonight. Hudson needed treats. We found this huge box of Milkbones for him. Pretty sure we'll be bringing some with us at Thanksgiving to share with Zoe, Jack, Tucker, Avery, Matty, Kota, and Maggie.

mail. packages!

Everyday I look forward to getting the mail from the mailbox. We love getting mail, and this is especially true when there are packages and not just bills and junk mail...yuck! Today we got a package and Hudson got a new toy! He loves it.
Matthew and I enjoyed some yummy homemade peanut butter cookies (but since we are on WW, there will be no photograph proof of us eating them). Thanks Mom & Dad H!

Packages

We love getting mail...and packages.

It's even more special when it comes to our puppy-dog. Matthew and I got some goodies last week (a magazine, sweater, and friendship bread, which was delicious - I'll share at Thanksgiving)!

This one though, came to our poocher.
