Happy Birthday to my HUSBAND!
(woot! woot! that's the 2nd year I can say that.)
Today, Matthew is 26!
Thank you for being born, 26 years ago in Topeka, KS! I couldn't imagine my life without you in it. (This is picture flashback to September 2007.)
We traveled many roads in our relationship...figuratively and physically. So many places and there will be so many more! Reminds me of the book, Oh The Place You'll Go by Dr. Seuss.You'll be on your way up!
You'll be seeing great sights!
You'll join the high fliers who soar to high heights.
You won't lag behind, because you'll have the speed.
You'll pass the whole gang and you'll soon take the lead.
Wherever you fly, you'll be the best of the best.
Wherever you go, you will top all the rest.
And while we're walking along this journey in life, we have the BEST time. You know how to laugh, smile, create, love, enjoy and live. And everyday, I learn more about you. And everyday, I fall more in love with you.
And I wish you the happiest of all days because there is no greater wish from me to you
than to have you succeed and be happy too!
p.s. I really hope the homemade german chocolate cake I made for you tastes okay. (Remember, last year my mom was here to help me bake it...and this year, I was completely ON MY OWN!)
