pumpkin patch 2012.

We made our annual trip the pumpkin patch!  It seemed like it took us forever to find just the right pumpkins but maybe it's always that way.  We bought 4 this year...one for each of us, the baby, and Hudson!

happy halloween.

Happy Halloween from the Thomases!  (Hudson really dislikes his costume...at least, we think so.)
Lucy came by to trick-or-treat!  She was a cute little frog!
Then, Blakely came by to trick-or-treat!

Lucy and Blakely weren't quite sure what to think of each other.  But they high-fived and off they each went to trick or treat some more.  Thanks for stopping by, families!

trunk or treat.

On Sunday, we went out to my parent's for their neighborhood trunk-or-treat.

Blakely was Miss Independent walking from trunk to trunk and saying, "Trick or Treat" or "Happy Halloween!"

When we got there, she wanted Uncle Matthew to walk with her though.

The little pumpkin and I.  She has so much personality!

to the pumpkin patch.

Several weekends ago Matthew and I made our annual trip to the pumpkin patch.  It was a beautiful day!

Matthew was our navigator through the corn maze, although it wasn't too difficult.
We took a hayride out to the fields to find our pumpkins.

Then, we finished our day with a cider slush and a cider donut.  It was pretty wonderful!

trick-or-treating 2010.

Here comes our first trick-or-treater...Pebbles and Fred. Wilma must've been hiding!
And off she goes with her yummy treats...she was so proud of herself for getting the candy out of the basket and putting it in her pumpkin!
Pebbles ran into Minnie Mouse (Nana) in the driveway. The pumpkin (Grandpa was still in the car)!
She thought it was hilarious!!!
Our family on Halloween!
Poocher-man in his costume. The great purple dinosaur!
We have the BEST idea for next year for him if we can find one in his size...just wait!!!

carving our pumpkins 2010.

We decided on Sunday at 5pm that we should probably carve our pumpkins before our trick-or-treaters came to visit! So we got super busy...

We successfully (including Hudson!) cranked out three carved pumpkins in 45 minutes, just in time for our first trick-or-treater, Miss B as "Pebbles!"
